Job description
Human Resources (HR) Support:
- Perform day-to-day HR administrative duties such as filing, document preparation, and record maintenance.
- Assist in managing HR databases, employee files, and relevant HR documentation.
- Assist in Staff reimbursement claims on expenses.
- Provide support in handling HR matters related to foreign employees, including documentation and permit tracking.
Help with the preparation of HR correspondences including letters, memos, and reports.
Assist with drafting HR communications, policies, and presentations.
- Participate in basic research related to HR practices and compliance.
Administration (Admin) Support:
- Assist with office management: maintaining supplies, coordinating equipment, and ensuring a tidy work environment.
- Support document management: filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Assist with special projects and day-to-day operational tasks as needed.
Expected allowance : RM700 per month
Working Hours Mon to Fri ( 8.00am to 6.00pm)
Job requirement
Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Degree in HR and Admin
