Job responsibility:-
- Prepare monthly payroll
- Prepare letter of offer / employment contract, confirmation, promotion, termination and contract extension
- Maintain effective filing system and upkeep of employees' personal record.
- Handle & update leave / MC record in payroll system.
- Yearly statutory report (Form E, EA);
- Prepare company's insurance (GHS, PA, Term Life).
- Assist in recruitment, interview arrangement and sourcing for candidates
- Handle Foreign worker FOMEMA, working permit renewal, application, and hostel arrangement
- Attend and respond to LHDN, KWSP, Socso, and JTK Department inspections on a periodic and ad hoc basis
- Work closely with operation HOD on worker's related issue
- Handle worker's accomodation / CLQ
Requirements :
- Preferably Diploma / Degree in Accountancy/ Human Resources Management, Business & Administration or other field which is relevant and equivalent.
- Preferably with min 1 years' experience in payroll.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Candidates with any HR or payroll system knowledge and application will be added advantage.
- Able to perform multi-tasking and meet deadlines.
