Role Summary

  • The Pricing Manager will be responsible for driving revenue and margin growth across assigned accounts and market segments.
  • This role involves overseeing business performance, managing commercial terms, conducting deal analysis, and supporting strategic decision-making.
  • The role also includes contract negotiations, developing account strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue and margin growth across assigned accounts and vertical segments.
  • Oversee business performance and report progress to stakeholders.
  • Define and manage commercial terms, including pricing, aligned with solution value and business objectives.
  • Conduct financial analysis of deals and assess business impact; present findings to support management decisions.
  • Lead contract negotiations with customers and partners, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Develop and execute account strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Apply market insights to shape pricing and account strategies.
  • Communicate the value of Altera solutions effectively to customers.
  • Support customer-specific pricing and contractual requests.
  • Act as a liaison between field teams and internal operations to justify business decisions.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives focused on process and organizational improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain required certifications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in sales, market development, or business development preferred.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Familiarity with FPGA technology is a plus.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to business growth.
