We're looking for an experienced
Air Freight Manager
to lead and oversee import and export operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customs regulations, air freight processes, and end-to-end logistics management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize daily air freight import/export operations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with airlines, overseas agents, and customers.
  • Negotiate rates with airlines and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Ensure full compliance with customs regulations, ISO procedures, and company quality standards.
  • Support, train, and manage the operations team for optimal performance and satisfaction.
  • Review invoices and job listings to ensure accuracy and profitability.
  • Coordinate closely with customers to provide excellent service and resolve inquiries promptly.
  • Manage billing, quotations, collections, and account receivables in line with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    5 years' experience
    in air freight or import/export operations.
  • Strong knowledge of
    customs procedures, tariffs, and incoterms
    .
  • Familiar with
    supplier conditions, delivery terms, risk, and insurance management
    .
  • Proficient in
    freight and invoicing systems
    .
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Financially aware with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Strong commitment to maintaining high customer service standards.
