Kelayakan untuk Internship / Latihan Industri:

  • Didalam bidang yang berkaitan mekanikal & elektrikal
  • Sekurang-kurangnya 3 bulan bagi tempoh latihan industri

Kelayakan untuk Protege:

  • Tempoh untuk kontrak protege selama 12 bulan
  • Mempunyai sijil-sijil dalam bidang berkaitan mekanikal & elektrikal

Tanggungjawab Kerja:

  • Memastikan sistem elektrikal, mekanikal dan awam dalam keadaan baik
  • Melaporkan segala kemajuan aduan/pembaikan yang telah, sedang dan belum diselesaikan kepada ketua bangunan/wakil pengurusan
  • Menjalankan pengawasan rutin harian/Daily Routine Surveillance sebaik sahaja shif bermula
  • Melaksanakan Plan Preventive Maintenance (PPM) mengikut kekerapan yang telah ditetapkan oleh pelanggan
  • Melaporkan segala kejanggalan fungsi sistem utama kepada ketua bangunan/wakil pengurusan
  • Menerima serta bertindak mengikut arahan yang disampaikan oleh ketua bangunan/wakil pengurusan
  • Memeriksa kemudahan fasiliti secara berkala untuk menentukan masalah dan penyelenggaraan yang bersesuaian
  • Membantu kakitangan lain serta wakil pengurusan semasa pemasangan, pembaikan atau penyelenggaraan (juruelektrik, tukang paip dan lain-lain)
  • Melaksanakan segala tugasan dan tanggungjawab lain seperti yang diarahkan oleh pihak pengurusan
  • Memaklumkan serta menyerahkan tugas untuk aduan yang belum selesai serta kondisi semasa sistem elektrikal, mekanikal dan awam kepada kakitangan shif berikutnya
