looking for an experienced finance leader to join us as
Global CFO

You'll lead Arrosoft's financial strategy, build scalable systems, and work directly with our CEO and leadership team to guide the company's next stage of growth.

What You'll Do

· Oversee
global financial operations
– accounting, budgeting, reporting, and forecasting.

· Ensure
compliance
with international accounting standards and local regulations.

· Lead
cash flow management, financial controls, and profitability analysis
.

· Drive
strategic financial planning
and support decision-making with actionable insights.

· Implement
modern financial systems and automation
to support scaling.

· Partner with executives on
growth initiatives, M&A, and funding opportunities
.

What You Bring

· Degree in
Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA/MBA preferred)
.

·
8+ years
of progressive finance or accounting experience.

· Strong background in
operational finance and reporting
.

· Experience working across
multiple countries or entities
.

· Strategic thinker with a
hands-on, proactive
mindset.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a global environment.
