The ideal candidate should have a strong scientific background in microbiology and be proficient in laboratory and technical documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist lead scientists in carrying out research projects, including experimental setup, data collection, and basic analysis.Support routine laboratory maintenance and ensure proper handling of materials, samples, and equipment.Prepare and organize technical documentation, reports, and other scientific materials under the supervision of lead scientists.Coordinate with external partners such as universities, research institutes, and suppliers to support collaborative work.Contribute to the planning and execution of laboratory experiments by providing technical and logistical support.Stay informed about recent developments in microbiology and related areas to support the team's ongoing research activities..What We're Looking ForHolds a Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or Biomedical Science. A background in Virology will be an added advantage.CGPA >3.70. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Strong technical writing skills for scientific documentation, proposals, and publications.Willingness to learn and develop skills in various scientific methodologies and techniques.Strong ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to communicate findings and ideas clearly.Proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.If you are enthusiastic about advancing your career in science and eager to contribute to impactful projects, we would love to hear from you
