Job Description

  • Oversee terminal claims processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and implement claims handling policies and procedures.
  • Monitor compliance with industry regulations and company guidelines.
  • Manage and mentor a team of claims professionals to achieve performance targets.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex claims efficiently.
  • Analyze claims data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service in all claims interactions.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on claims performance and outcomes.

The Successful Applicant
A Successful Unit Head, Terminal Claim Should Have

  • A degree in a related field such as insurance, business, or finance.
  • Proven experience in claims management within the insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and claims processes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
