PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities1. Receiving & Inspection

  • Receive incoming goods and materials, verify quantities, quality, and documentation (delivery notes, invoices, purchase orders).
  • Report discrepancies, damages, or missing items to procurement or supervisors.
  • Ensure proper labeling and documentation for all received items.

2. Storage & Inventory Management

  • Organize materials in designated storage areas following FIFO/FEFO or other inventory systems.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in ERP/warehouse systems.
  • Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities.
  • Monitor stock levels and inform management of shortages or overstock issues.

3. Dispatch & Distribution

  • Prepare and pack items for dispatch according to delivery schedules.
  • Verify picking lists, sales orders, and shipping documentation.
  • Coordinate with logistics/transport teams for timely outbound deliveries.
  • Ensure proper loading/unloading of goods.

4. Warehouse Operations & Maintenance

  • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
  • Ensure all materials-handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, scanners) are used properly and maintained.
  • Implement safety standards and warehouse policies.

5. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
  • Prepare daily/weekly inventory and activity reports.
  • Assist in audits and compliance checks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum SPM / STPM with 4 years (preferably relevant experience)
  • Must be able to communicate in English
  • Computer literate
  • Have some supervisory skill
  • Able to operate MHE
