We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft 365 Specialist to join our Microsoft 365 specialist team and drive excellence in Microsoft 365 deployment and administration for our corporate customers. Key Responsibilities / What are Expected to do:
  • Provide expert technical policy consultancy on Microsoft 365 solutions to clients, advising on compliance, best practices, and optimal implementation strategies.
  • Administer and manage the full Microsoft 365 suite including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
  • Oversee and optimize device and application management using Microsoft Intune (Endpoint Manager).
  • Manage Azure AD / Entra ID, including conditional access, group management, and identity governance.
  • Implement and maintain security baselines and policies using Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Defender for Office 365.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user access, device compliance, and service performance.
  • Plan and execute migrations (on-premises to cloud or tenant-to-tenant) when required.
  • Collaborate with IT security, network, and service desk teams to ensure secure and seamless user experience across M365 platforms.
  • Stay updated with new Microsoft 365 features and recommend adoption strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Document configurations, policies, and operational procedures to ensure consistent management practices.
  • Provide Level 3 support and mentoring to junior administrators or support staff.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Technical Skills: Familiarity in:Microsoft Intune / Endpoint ManagerAzure AD (Entra ID)Exchange Online administrationTeams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive managementMicrosoft Defender for Endpoint and Defender for Office 365Good understanding of PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.Familiarity with hybrid environments (AD Connect, Exchange Hybrid) is a plus.Knowledge of Microsoft 365 licensing models, compliance, and data protection policies.
Soft Skills:Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proactive in identifying improvements and implementing best practice RM6,000 - RM7,000 bimonthly
