JOB DESCRIPTION
• Promote company's products and services to distributors, dealers, plantations, estate owners & end-users in agricultural industry.
• Identify potential customers, plan & conduct field/ farm/ estate visits to offer the company's fertilizers & plant nutritional products.
• Expand and increase the prospective customer base and develop new sales opportunities.
• Execute the given business plan, conduct marketing & promotional activities to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare and submit daily sales & visiting reports, providing an updated periodical market overview, highlighting customer issues, updates on the competition information etc.
• Maintain customers' confidence in the good reputation of company's products and services.
REQUIREMENT
• Must prepared to travel outstation extensively on a weekly basis.
• Able to communicate in English, Malay, Mandarin as well as local dialects. "We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers."
• Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
• Candidate must possess valid Driving License Class "D", best with own vehicle.
• Candidate best possess with Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Bio-Industry/ Forestry/ Soil Science or any related discipline.
