Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both residential and commercial cleaning markets.
- Engage with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their cleaning needs and present tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight the benefits of the company's cleaning services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the system.
- Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and address any client concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in the cleaning or service industry.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
