About the role

As a Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative mechanical engineering solutions for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Semenyih, Selangor, where you will have the opportunity to contribute to our company's growth and success.

What you'll be doing

  • Designing and developing mechanical systems and components to meet client requirements
  • Conducting research, analysis, and testing to optimize the performance and efficiency of mechanical designs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including project managers, production, and quality assurance, to ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the field of mechanical engineering
  • Providing technical support and advice to clients, addressing their concerns, and helping them achieve their goals
  • Documenting and maintaining detailed records of the design process, including drawings, calculations, and test results

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a design engineering role, preferably in the automation or manufacturing industry
  • Strong proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in mechanical engineering
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field and a willingness to continuously learn and improve
