Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify customer documentation.
  • Address and resolve alerts while performing Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
  • Facilitate the activation of new customer trading accounts.
  • Manage client communication through multilingual emails using templates.
  • Handle back-office tasks such as processing withdrawals, transfers, and deposits.
  • Assist with additional tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proficient in both Indonesian and English (written and spoken).
  • Comfortable using PCs, operating systems, browsers, and conducting internet research.
  • Previous experience in KYC procedures and/or back-office operations is a plus.
  • Capable of multitasking and meeting daily targets and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate, Student job

Pay: RM2, RM3,300.00 per month
