Customer Service Agent(Indonesian Speaker)

Scope of Work
Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers (guests, partners) through our communication channels (phone, email, and live chat).
Handling customer queries with empathy, patience and compassion
Understand and deliver business strategies, to improve customer services through the execution of self-service, and continuously to identify work process improvements.
Perform business-based administrative duties whenever required.
5.Must demonstrate high degree of integrity and confidentiality – Maintain confidentiality of customer information at all times. 6.Take ownership of issues and concerns of customers, including operational issues, order pricing / invoice queries etc.
Candidate Requirements
1.Customer complaints experience within a contact center
2.Must be fluent in English, Malay and Indonesian All languages fluent in written and verbal (Mandarin or other language is a plus)
3.The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the travel industry, specifically in the Online Travel Agency (OTA) industry, with a primary focus on managing flight bookings as well as attractions and tour services. OTA is defined as "Online Travel Agency," and examples include , , , , , etc.
4.Proven experience in working towards and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
5.Personality traits – Good attitude, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, responsible, trustworthy, ethical and goal focused. 6.Customer service skills – Attentiveness, empathy, patience and consistency, persuasion, immaculate telephone manners and communication skills.
