Customer Service Executive

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality service delivery to all clients supported by the Contact Centre.
- Continuously coach and provide feedback to agents to enhance their skills and work behavior.
- Support the Contact Centre Manager in achieving company goals and performance targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and manage complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with other departments to deliver seamless customer support.
- Ensure all customer concerns are followed up and resolved effectively.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent and clear communication.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia).
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Willing to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Entitled to two off days per week.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player with a positive and cooperative attitude.
- Indian speaker candidates are preferred.
Work Location: Technology Park Malaysia, Bukit Jalil.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
