Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in WP, Kuala Lumpur, for a Customer Service Executive. The primary responsibilities include managing customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer support, and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients. The role also involves maintaining service excellence, addressing customer concerns efficiently, and assisting in the management of customer service operations to deliver exceptional experiences.
