Customer Service Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our General Insurance team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent service, enjoy problem-solving, and are eager to grow their careers in the insurance industry.
You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and service requests related to general insurance products, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, email, or other channels in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information and assistance on general insurance products, policies, and claims.
- Manage policy servicing requests such as renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree holders (or equivalent).
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in customer service, contact center, or sales support functions – preferably within the General Insurance industry.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (both verbal and written) to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Good multitasking and time management skills.
- BCP and PGI certification required (can be arranged after onboarding).
- Certifications in M8, M9, and HI will be an advantage.
