Job Description - Remittance Customer Service Executive
Role Purpose
We are expanding our team and seeking two candidates to join Remittance Customer Service Executive roles at Instapay. In this role, you will be responsible for building rapport and relationship with the customers in professional manner. To take ownership and initiative to complete customer's follow up or direct the customers to the appropriate department for resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call senders for Compliance HOLD Orders
- Call customers regarding rejected transactions
- Call customers for cancellation advice
- Follow up on Partner Compliance (KYC) - Beneficiary ID
- Manage complaints received from contact center
- Monitor Zoho Support Tickets
- Check Live Chat for Document Submiss
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (training will be provided and experience in customer service is an added advantage).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Multilingual candidates (Hindi/Urdu) are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with a Dependent Visa are welcome to apply.

- Based in Q Sentral, Kuala Lumpur.
- Shift-based working hours.
- Two days off per week.
