Client Servicing Executive

What You'll Do
Core role:
Manage and nurture client relationships while ensuring campaigns are executed smoothly from planning to delivery. The AM sits at the center of communication, making sure clients, Strategy, and Ops are aligned at every stage. The aim: satisfied clients, successful campaigns, and long-term partnerships.
Client Relationship & Communication
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth, clear, and timely communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring trust and satisfaction throughout campaigns.
- Understand client needs deeply and translate them into actionable directions for internal teams.
Campaign Planning & Coordination
- Receive and interpret client briefs; collaborate with the Strategy team to develop strong, insight-driven proposals.
- Ensure proposals align with client expectations, feasibility, and timelines before presenting.
- Communicate confirmed scopes and timelines clearly to the Operations team for execution.
Project & Delivery Management
- Oversee campaign timelines, deliverables, content flow, quality checks, and performance updates.
- Monitor progress closely with the Operations team to ensure smooth execution and troubleshoot issues proactively.
- Conduct post-campaign reviews, present performance reports, capture learnings, and recommend next steps.
Growth & Commercial Collaboration
- Identify upsell, renewal, or cross-sell opportunities based on campaign performance and client needs.
- Collaborate with BD on commercial discussions for renewals and expansions.
- Support BD when necessary by providing client insights pre-sale.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with the Strategy team on planning and proposal alignment.
- Partner with the Operations team to ensure seamless workflow, clear handovers, and strong delivery.
- Maintain internal communication flow to keep teams aligned and informed.
Who You Are
- Open to fresh graduates with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
- Added advantage for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or digital marketing. (Influencer Marketing/social media experience is a big plus).
- Exceptional communicator — clear, thoughtful, and confident with both clients and internal teams.
- Relationship-driven, with a natural ability to build rapport and manage expectations professionally.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple campaigns without missing a beat.
- Strong problem-solver who stays calm under pressure and handles fast timelines well.
- Team player who can effectively coordinate between multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortably understands campaign KPIs, social/influencer dynamics, and basic analytics.
- Proactive mindset — always spotting potential issues early, and always looking for improvement opportunities.
