Role Description

This is a
full-time on-site
role for a Client Servicing Executive located in WP Kuala Lumpur. The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for client services, client relations, pitches and presentations, customer service, and account management on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, formulating and executing advertising, marketing, promotion, digital and social media strategies for clients
  • Client servicing, developing and identifying new businesses
  • Ensure that clients' campaigns are properly planned and executed to deliver against campaign objectives
  • Propose and pitch concepts and creative ideas to clients
  • Support in all aspects of projects, from estimating cost, managing budgets, and developing reports for the clients and agency management team
  • Measure and report performance of campaigns against objectives
  • Be the primary liaison for client accounts and keep both client and internal management updated on campaign progress
  • Liaise with CS team and marketing team members
  • Set work tasks for the team, lead and mentor CS team, manage workload effectively and foster a collaborative work environment
  • Improve existing workflow process and efficiency

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated client services and customer service skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • 2 - 3 years experience in delivering pitches, presentations and managing client accounts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 1 - 3 years experience in the agency, marketing and advertising industry is a
