We're looking for a
results-driven Business Development Executive
who is comfortable opening doors, meeting decision-makers, and closing training engagements.

What You'll Do

Identify and research potential corporate clients using
LinkedIn and professional platforms

Call and message prospects to
set qualified appointments

Meet clients (online / face-to-face) to
understand training needs

Propose relevant
training and development solutions

Follow up, negotiate, and
close sales

Build long-term client relationships and repeat business

Who We're Looking For

Experience in
B2B sales, business development, or consultative selling

Comfortable with
cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and client meetings

Confident communicator with decision-makers (HR, L&D, business owners)

Able to sell
professional services
, not just products

Self-driven, disciplined, and target-oriented

English required | Malay / Mandarin is a plus
