As we continue expanding nationwide, we're looking for a Business Development Executive who's passionate about sales, relationship building, and brand growth across both On-Trade (restaurants, hotels, bars) and Off-Trade (retailers, supermarkets, and e-commerce) channels.

Position Overview

The Business Development Executive will work closely with the Sales Managers and Directors to grow Albert Wines' presence across multiple channels. You'll manage client relationships, coordinate sales activities, and execute trade promotions that help drive revenue and strengthen brand partnerships.

If you're proactive, organized, and thrive in a dynamic environment — this role gives you the platform to grow into a Key Account or Sales Manager within a fast-growing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Account Management

  • Support and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Manage and service existing client accounts, handling orders, inquiries, and delivery arrangements.
  • Develop new business opportunities through lead generation and relationship building.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in executing brand activations, tasting events, and trade promotions.

Client Relationship Development

  • Build long-term partnerships with key On-Trade and Off-Trade clients.
  • Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to maintain strong rapport and trust.
  • Present new product launches and collect feedback from customers for continuous improvement.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
  • Monitor order flow, collections, and market trends.
  • Maintain accurate client data and update CRM/sales records consistently.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (preferably in F&B, FMCG, or wine & spirits).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable preparing sales reports.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel locally.
  • Passion for wines, spirits, and customer engagement.
