We're looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Draughtsman / Technical Assistant to join our growing team. If you have a passion for precision, an eye for detail and the ability to bring design concepts to life through technical drawings, we want to hear from you

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience in the architectural or construction field.
  • Proven experience as a Draughtsman / Technical Assistant or similar role in the architectural and construction industry.
  • Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Drafting or a related field (preferred).
Required Skills
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and/or other drafting tools.
  • Strong knowledge of drafting principles, techniques and standards.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective team player with strong communication skills.
  • Familiar with building codes, regulations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Produce accurate technical drawings and plans based on sketches, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure drawing accuracy.
  • Revise drawings to reflect design or site changes during the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure all work complies with building codes and regulations.
  • Maintain organized records and project documentation.
  • Support proposal, presentation, and report preparation when needed.
Preferred (Bonus) Skills
  • Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software.
  • Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling).
  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles.
