Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Reception & Communication

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to manage reservations accurately.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding seating, dining arrangements, and special requests.
  • Manage booking changes, cancellations, and other customer requests efficiently.

Reservation & Seating Coordination

  • Arrange seating according to customer preferences and update seating charts promptly.
  • Verify reservation details and remind customers of their dining schedules and special notes.

Customer Relationship & Value-Added Services

  • Connect with customers via WhatsApp or WeCom to build lasting relationships.
  • Share promotions, new launches, and exclusive offers to maintain engagement.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from online booking platforms and ensure smooth seat allocation.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Record customer feedback and reservation details systematically.
  • Provide regular reports to supervisors on customer service operations and feedback trends.

Performance & Incentives

  • Earn performance bonuses based on booking redemption rates, customer satisfaction, and referrals for private events.
  • Additional rewards for successful conversion of private event bookings.

Requirements & Skills

  • Minimum SPM / High School education or above.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales; call center experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English with clear, pleasant communication skills.
  • Experience in F&B, hospitality, or related service industries preferred.
  • Strong stress tolerance, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in WhatsApp, WeCom (Enterprise WeChat), and Microsoft Office tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
