Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and develop the Marketing strategies to increase the sales opportunities.
  • Create social media plan in the format of a monthly social calendar.
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day sales & marketing operations (Webstore, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, Tik Tok, & etc.)
  • Create engaging contents, including text, image, and video concepts that align with the company's brand identity.
  • Liaise with marketing related companies such as online marketing companies, web agencies, advertising agencies and printing companies.
  • Manage customer inquiries and customer service.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree.
  • At least 3 years working experience in e-commerce & marketing.
  • Working experience in Hair & Beauty Industry will be an advantage.
  • Highly knowledgeable about e-commerce platforms like Sitegiant, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok & etc.
  • Proven experience in managing online marketplaces & data analysis.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadline.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated, and a good team player.
  • Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia in both spoken and written.
