Brand Strategy & Development

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with brand positioning and business goals.
  • Enhance brand consistency and visibility across all channels and customer touch points.

Lead Generation & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and implement both digital and offline campaigns to drive high-quality B2B leads.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to convert leads into revenue-generating projects.

Digital & Social Media Marketing

  • Manage website content, SEO, and online ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
  • Oversee daily content creation and scheduling across platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok.

Marketing Materials & Project Showcases

  • Produce impact brochures, tender submissions, proposal decks, and case studies.
  • Coordinate photography/videography to showcase completed projects across media.

Events & PR Coordination

  • Plan and execute events, exhibitions, press features, and partnership campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.

Market Research & Trend Analysis

  • Monitor industry trends, client preferences, and competitor activity.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve marketing performance and positioning.

Client Engagement & Retention

  • Develop systems for client feedback collection and testimonial usage.
  • Drive repeat business through loyalty, referral, and seasonal marketing campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM5, RM7,000.00 per month
