Job Description :

  • Managing new products, engineering changes, replacement tooling and supplier resource activities from an NPI perspective.
  • Coordinate the timing plans with the customers and internal teams.
  • Manage the development and execution of quality activities for new product introduction, using APQP, PFMEA and SPC to ensure all requirements are met on time.
  • Producing full manufacturing process flows with support from internal team.
  • PPAP submission to customers to obtain approval.
  • Review 3D CAD and 2D drawings with internal team, suppliers and customers.
  • Analysis of new products and processes using CPK.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers on new projects.

Job Requirement :

  • Degree in Electrical and Electronics, Assembly Process or Manufacturing Engineering field or equivalent years of related working experience.
  • Good understanding of 3D CAD and 2D engineering drawings.
  • Possess knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and recognized QC tools.
  • Knowledge on Quality standards such as ISO9001 / TS16949 / IAFT Quality core tools trained.
  • Good risk management ability financial and commercial acumen.
  • understand GD&T SPC-Cpk/Ppk would be beneficial.
