What will be your roles:

a) Power Supply (Req.# 27202):

  • Audit production lines daily and report findings to the supervisor.
  • Identify and correct issues on the production line immediately to maintain quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor the implementation status of Engineering Changes (EN/ECN) and ensure proper execution.
  • Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot and enhance production processes and address quality issues.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by reviewing pilot run documentation, SOPs, and tooling (fixture/jigs); track and close PR-related open issues.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, and quality assurance teams to implement design changes and improvements.
  • Coordinate closely with Contract Manufacturing project teams, including Taiwan, China, Enhance and Malaysia to align production strategies and resolve issues effectively.

b) Production Engineer (Req.# 27878):

  • Develop, optimize, and standardize server assembly and production processes to enhance throughput, minimize defects, and reduce costs.
  • Support daily production operations by troubleshooting manufacturing issues, analyzing process data, and implementing effective corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain to ensure the smooth introduction of new products and process changes.
  • Lead process validation, equipment qualification, and pilot production runs for new server models ensuring adherence to quality and safety protocols.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and 5S to enhance production efficiency and maintain a safe workplace.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive production documentation including work instructions, process flow charts, and training materials.
  • Monitor key production metrics and generate detailed reports to track performance, identify areas for improvement and ensure data integrity.
  • Provide technical support and training to production operators and line leaders, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development.

Skill that you need to apply:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field. Candidates with relevant certifications and substantial experience will also be considered.
  • Power Supply: Approximately 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably in PCBA processes, power supply production
  • Strong knowledge of electronics components, PCB materials, plastics, mechanical parts, and SMT/DIP assembly processes.
  • Production Engineer: Preferably 3-5 years of experience in production engineering or manufacturing process support, ideally within server or electronics manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of server hardware assembly, production workflows, and quality standards, including Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) control.
  • Proficient in Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies; certification is preferred.
  • Possess an analytical mindset with proven experience using data analysis tools such as Excel, Minitab, or similar statistical software.
  • Familiarity with server components (e.g., motherboard, CPU, memory, storage), assembly tools, and ESD control standards.
  • Experience working with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or ERP platforms is a plus.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, shift-based production environment while maintaining a focus on safety and compliance.
