Job Responsibilities
As a core member of our production and supply chain operations, you will ensure seamless integration between material supply and production schedules, driving efficient and on-time order delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
I. Master Production Scheduling:
1.1Develop and issue weekly/daily production plans within the ERP system based on customer orders and sales forecasts.
1.2Calculate and define material requirements plans by combining Bill of Materials (BOM) lists with real-time inventory data, providing accurate basis for procurement.
II. Procurement Execution and Supplier Follow-up:
2.1Process purchase requisitions daily within the ERP system, issue purchase orders to qualified suppliers, and clearly communicate delivery requirements and dates.
2.2Proactively track the entire order execution process, from supplier confirmation through production to shipment, ensuring materials arrive on time, meeting quality and quantity standards.
III. Production Progress Monitoring and Exception Handling:
3.1 Monitor the daily production plan achievement rate on the shop floor, and perform root cause analysis for any unmet plans (e.g., material shortages, equipment failure).
3.2Coordinate quickly with production, procurement, and other departments to handle exceptions during the production process (e.g., material shortages, quality defects, rush orders), minimizing impact on delivery.
IV. Inventory and Material Management:
4.1Monitor the inventory levels of critical materials daily, initiate and follow up on replenishment promptly based on production needs and procurement lead times.
4.2Participate in establishing and optimizing safety stock standards for raw materials and finished goods, identify and drive the processing of slow-moving and obsolete inventory to improve capital turnover efficiency.
V. Delivery Assurance and Coordination:
5.1Create and distribute daily supplier delivery schedules, notifying the warehouse to prepare for receipts.
5.2Monitor suppliers' daily delivery performance, expedite delayed orders, and assist in handling inbound material exceptions (e.g., returns, replacements).
Job Qualifications:
1.Education & Major:Diploma or above in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Production Management,Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
2.Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry, with familiarity in at least one of these areas: production planning, material control, or procurement.
3.Skills & Competencies:
3.1 Proficient in operating ERP systems.
3.2 Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other office software; capable of data processing and analysis.
3.3 Communication & Coordination Skills: Effective at communicating with various internal departments (production, warehouse, quality) and external suppliers.
4. Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to respond quickly to unexpected production and supply issues and propose viable solutions.
5. Responsibility & Organizational Skills: Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneous
