Job Description

  1. Manage the full set of accounts including AP, AR, inventory, fixed assets, general ledger, and management reporting.
  2. Oversee month-end closing activities, ensuring all reconciliations, prepayments, accruals, and journal entries are accurately prepared and submitted on time.
  3. Establish and maintain customer credit control processes, and follow up to ensure timely collections.
  4. Monitor and manage cash flow planning and daily cash position updates.
  5. Prepare and submit quarterly tax reports in compliance with statutory requirements.
  6. Coordinate financial audits, including preparation of audit schedules and communication with auditors.
  7. Handle company secretarial tasks, including filing annual returns and statutory submissions.
  8. Support project accounting, ensuring invoices are issued promptly and revenue recognition is accurate.
  9. Lead and improve the accounts receivable process to minimize outstanding payments.
  10. Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  1. Minimum Diploma in Accounting or higher. Candidates with ACCA, LCCI, or other professional accounting certifications are encouraged to apply.
  2. Experienced managing full sets of accounts.
  3. Hands-on experience in financial reporting, audit preparation, and taxation.
  4. Strong understanding of accounting principles, cash flow management, and credit control processes.
  5. Able to work independently with strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and leadership skills.
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with internal teams, clients, and auditors.
