Job Description

  1. Accounts Payable & Receivable

  2. Assist in preparing and processing supplier invoices, staff claims, and payments.

  3. Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery orders.
  4. Prepare payment vouchers and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
  5. Assist in issuing invoices to customers and follow up on outstanding payments.

  6. Maintain proper documentation for all AP and AR transactions.

  7. Data Entry & Record Maintenance

  8. Accurately enter financial data into the accounting system.

  9. Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records and files.

  10. Ensure proper filing of all financial documents for easy retrieval and audit purposes.

  11. Bank & Account Reconciliation

  12. Assist in performing monthly bank reconciliations.

  13. Support the reconciliation of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other ledger accounts.

  14. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

  15. Financial Reporting Support

  16. Support the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.

  17. Assist in journal entries and month-end closing activities.

  18. Provide necessary information and documentation to support audits and financial reviews.

  19. Administrative & Other Support

  20. Assist in monitoring petty cash and preparing cash advance clearance.

  21. Handle basic administrative duties related to finance and accounting functions.
  22. Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and customers regarding payment and billing matters.
  23. Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Finance Executive / Manager.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or similar).
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
