Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
  • Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
  • Lead, train, supervise, schedule, and evaluate staff performance.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.
  • Manage inventory, stock ordering, supplier coordination, and cost control.
  • Oversee cash handling, POS system operations, and daily sales reports.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, SOPs, and service standards.
  • Conduct staff meetings, briefings, and regular training sessions.
  • Monitor restaurant performance and develop strategies to increase sales and efficiency.
  • Ensure facility and equipment are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Work with management on marketing, promotions, and store events.
  • Create a positive work environment and support team motivation and development.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, F&B Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in F&B or restaurant operations.
  • Previous supervisory or managerial experience is required.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Good understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and operational procedures.
  • Ability to analyze sales reports, manage budgets, and control costs.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
