Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily start-up checks, routine inspections, and monitor machine performance throughout the shift.
  • Change, install, or replace machine parts (e.g., belts, bearings, sensors, cutting tools) as required.
  • Respond promptly to machine breakdowns or malfunctions and carry out immediate corrective actions.
  • Maintain daily logbooks or maintenance records accurately.
  • Ensure machines are operated in safe and optimal condition in accordance with company standards.
  • Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams on preventive maintenance schedules.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of work area and tools.
  • Follow all safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Support in machine installation or commissioning if required.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in machine maintenance or technical support in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, basic electrical components, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced production setting.
  • Willing to work in shifts and respond to urgent maintenance calls when needed.
