Our client Royal Selangor International Sdn Bhd. is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Workshop Facilitator) to join their team

What you'll be doing?
  • Deliver an exceptional visitor experience by showcasing brand heritage through artifacts and museum displays.
  • Conduct tours and manage special visits, ensuring visitors have an enriching experience.
  • Share brand stories and engage visitors with interactive storytelling centered around museum artifacts.
  • Address visitor inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Who are they looking for?
  • Education: Candidates with at least SPM or a Professional Certificate/Diploma in any field. Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu. Ability to converse in Mandarin or other foreign languages is a plus.
  • Skills: Basic computer skills, pleasant and courteous demeanor, and a well-groomed appearance.
  • Availability: Ability to work on weekends and public holidays when required.
