Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of industrial equipment, including pumps, compressors, motors, and other mechanical systems
  • Conduct regular inspections and monitor the performance of equipment to identify and address potential issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
  • Provide technical support and training to production staff on the proper operation and maintenance of equipment
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and practices

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer or in a similar role within the manufacturing or industrial sector
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems, including pumps, compressors, and electric motors
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, manuals, and schematics
  • Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with maintenance management software and CMMS systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
