Job Description:

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns for hospitality venues (hostels, cafes, bars and events)
  • Support content creation including copywriting, photography, and videography for social media, websites, and promotional materials
  • Coordinate photo and video shoots to capture guest experiences, behind-the-scenes, and lifestyle content
  • Manage and grow social media presence on platforms like Instagram and TikTok
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support brand positioning and marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, events, F&B) and external vendors (designers, media partners)
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports on engagement and reach
  • Assist in organizing and promoting events, seasonal campaigns, and influencer collaborations
  • Handle day-to-day marketing administrative tasks and maintain brand assets

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in marketing, branding, or digital content creation, preferably within the hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B industry
  • Comfortable working with alcohol-related content and hospitality-based marketing themes
  • Strong grasp of brand strategy, social media marketing, and campaign management across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Meta Ads
  • Experienced in content planning, production coordination, and creative storytelling, especially through video and visual marketing
  • Proficient in tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, InShot, Canva Video, or similar video-editing and design platforms
  • Excellent sense of visual aesthetics, current trends, and audience engagement strategies
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Willing to work on-site, attend events and content shoots, and occasionally support weekend or after-hours promotions when required
