We are hiring a
QA Engineer
for a well-established precision manufacturing company located in
Shah Alam
. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in quality assurance for
solid-product manufacturing
(e.g., electronic components, aerospace parts, medical devices, metal stamping, etc.).

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure product quality through inspection, testing, and process control
  • Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions
  • Conduct internal and external audits
  • Maintain compliance with
    ISO 9001
    and other relevant quality management systems
  • Work closely with production teams to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Prepare quality documentation, reports, and improvement plans

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in
    Engineering
    or
    Science
  • Minimum 3 years QA experience
    in a manufacturing company producing solid physical products

(electronic, aerospace, medical, precision engineering, metal stamping, etc.)

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001
  • Experience handling customer complaints
  • Experience in internal/external audits
  • Involved in continuous/continual improvement activities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work in
    Shah Alam

Language Proficiency

Ability to communicate effectively in the following languages is an advantage:

  • English
    (required)
  • Mandarin
    (required)
  • Malay (advantage)
  • Other Chinese dialects will be an added advantage
