Payroll & Subsidy Sr Accountant

- Responsible for month end close activities such as computing and posting subsidy income accrual, tariff calculations, return-to-credits
- Perform account reconciliation and arrange for BS reviews with managers
- Prepare data required for reporting or audit per advice from Subsidy controller
- Preparation of reporting of subsidy to local authorities
- Execute to roles and responsibilities which may be assigned by manager.
- Identify simplification, automation and standardisation opportunities
Job Qualifications
- Qualified accountant (e.g. Bachelor's degree, CA, CPA, ACCA) with at least 5 years of experience in Accounting
- Experience in multinational company or shared service organisation is strongly preferred
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent MS Excel skills,
- SAP ERP knowledge is preferred
- Ability to manage complexity and dynamic business situation
