We're looking for an
Sr. Analyst, Accounts Payable(Vietnamese Speaker)
to join our team.

How You'll Contribute and Grow

  1. Invoice Processing:

  2. Verify invoices, perform invoice processing and assist in reconciliation (when required) for Affiliates

  3. Perform analysis to improve the invoice automation rate
  4. Assist in resolution of invoice discrepancies with Finance function of Affiliates
  5. Assist in resolution of invoice discrepancies in systems with business users
  6. Perform follow up on Work In Progress items with business users in systems
  7. Work closely with Treasury team to ensure all invoices are posted for payment made
  8. Perform month end closing activities, AP Balance Sheet reconciliation analysis
  9. Assist with internal control activities in accordance with group policies

  10. Support external / internal audit activities

  11. Support T&E and Vendor Queries

  12. Handle supplier or business users enquiries on invoice and payment status

  13. Verify employees claims with supporting documents provided in E-Expense system and interface employee claims into Oracle system

  14. Assist with ad hoc activities/request from Finance function of Affiliates or Team Leads.

  15. Suggest and implement process improvement and process standardization.

Are You a Match?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration related field
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
  • 1+ years of experience in audit, commercial accounting or shared services accounting.
  • Strong numerical, analytical and communication skills
  • Conversant in Oracle (AP) and Google is a preferred but experience with other ERPs may be considered
