As a Technical Delivery Lead, you will oversee and coordinate projects across the organization, ensuring effective collaboration and the delivery of high-quality solutions. Working closely with the product development team, you will help drive progress according to schedule, budget, and quality expectations. You will also play a key role as a coach and mentor, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring the team consistently meets its objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for overall project activities.
  • Manage day-to-day tasks and activities for all project resources, with support from the Scrum Master.
  • Assist in coordinating project planning across multiple disciplines and monitor plans using best-practice project controls to ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and scopes of work.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional project teams, engaging with domains such as System Integration, Data Migration, System Setup, and System Development to ensure project success.
  • Participate actively in identifying solutions or initiating escalations when necessary.
  • Notify project owners of any risks or actions that may affect project timeline, cost, or deliverables.
  • Supply project owners with the information needed for informed decision-making.
  • Work with vendors based on project requirements to define timelines and deliverables.
  • Develop and manage project plans, including work breakdown structures, milestones, critical path analysis, risk management plans, cost/benefit analysis, staffing plans, and budgets.
  • Identify opportunities to accelerate project execution while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Contribute to capacity and resource analysis for internal staffing needs.
  • Lead the delivery of complex international software solutions, managing diverse teams of technical engineers, business analysts, and subject matter experts.
  • Support project control measures and conduct periodic project reviews to ensure successful delivery performance.
  • Demonstrate strong technical understanding, including the ability to grasp technical designs and information.
  • Anticipate potential issues and ensure contingency plans are in place.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in software development project delivery within IT consulting, including 8+ years of hands-on experience in system migration projects.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to drive and motivate teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Access, Excel with VBA Macros, SharePoint, InfoPath Forms, and Business Objects.
  • PMP certification preferred, along with experience establishing or supporting PMO/CoE environments in large, complex programs within global financial institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Project Management best practices (Waterfall/Agile) and Business Analysis tools such as MS Visio, UML, and MS Project.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Experience with DXC and system migration is an advantage.

  • Salary Range: Up to RM17,000.00
  • Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
