We are seeking an experienced SAP System Analyst to join our team. The SAP System Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and supporting SAP systems to ensure they meet the business requirements of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP modules, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

System Analysis and Design:

  • Analyze business processes and requirements to design and implement SAP solutions.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather and document detailed requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and functional designs.

Implementation and Configuration:

  • Configure SAP modules based on the defined requirements and best practices.
  • Support the development of SAP solutions, including customizations and enhancements.
  • Coordinate with SAP development team / Consultant to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

  • Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance.
  • Identify and resolve issues during testing phases.
  • Ensure that system changes meet quality standards and align with business needs.

Support and Maintenance:

  • Provide ongoing support for SAP systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations.
  • Assist with system upgrades and patches, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Documentation and Training:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP configurations, processes, and user guides.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and technical staff.
  • Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.

Project Management:

  • Participate in SAP-related projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Track project progress and report on milestones and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with business users, IT staff, and external vendors to address SAP-related needs.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback and provide updates.

REQUIREMENTS / SKILLSET:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SAP System Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI/CO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP, SAP SC) and their integration.
  • Proficiency in SAP configuration, testing, and support.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with project management and working in a team-oriented environment.
  • SAP certification(s) is a plus.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with other enterprise systems and technologies.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific processes and regulations.
