Tanggungjawab:
- Mengurus proses pembelian bahan mentah, barang keperluan pejabat, dan peralatan pengeluaran
- Menyediakan dan mengurus dokumen pembelian dan penghantaran seperti Purchase Order (PO) dan Delivery Order
- Berhubung dengan pembekal untuk mendapatkan sebut harga dan membuat perbandingan harga
- Menyemak dan memastikan stok mencukupi untuk keperluan operasi
- Kemas kini rekod pembelian dan inventori dalam sistem
- Memastikan penghantaran barang tepat pada masa
- Menyokong tugas-tugas pentadbiran lain apabila diperlukan
Kelayakan:
- Minima SPM/Diploma dalam bidang berkaitan
- Mahir menggunakan SQL, Microsoft Office dan sistem inventori
- Berpengalaman dalam pembelian adalah satu kelebihan
- Teliti, bertanggungjawab dan boleh bekerja dalam tekanan
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
