Kami sedang mencari individu yang berdedikasi, rajin, teratur dan sistematik bagi memastikan kelancaran operasi pentadbiran syarikat serta memberikan sokongan pentadbiran yang cekap kepada pasukan pengurusan dan operasi.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

  • Membantu pasukan operasi dalam penyediaan dokumen perjalanan jemaah (borang visa, tiket penerbangan, invois pakej, dll), dan memastikan data dikemaskini ke dalam sistem syarikat dari semasa ke semasa.
  • Menyelaras aktiviti pentadbiran pejabat, termasuk system pemfailan Syarikat, pengurusan inventori, peralatan pejabat, dan sebagainya.
  • Mengendalikan panggilan telefon, emel rasmi syarikat, dan menyambut tetamu atau pelanggan yang datang ke pejabat.
  • Membantu dalam tugas-tugas asas berkaitan kewangan Syarikat seperti merekod perbelanjaan, memproses bayaran invois kecil, dan penyelarasan laporan perbelanjaan bulanan.
  • Menguruskan jadual mesyuarat dan perkara-perkara yang berkaitan dengan mesyuarat.

Kelayakan dan Syarat Minimum:

  • Minimum 3-5 tahun pengalaman bekerja sebagai eksekutif pentadbiran kanan, pembantu peribadi, atau yang seumpama dengannya. Pengalaman dalam industri Umrah, Haji dan pelancongan adalah satu kelebihan.
  • Mempunyai kemahiran organisasi, pengurusan masa, dan keupayaan multitasking yang cemerlang.
  • Sangat mahir dalam penggunaan Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) dan perisian pengurusan pejabat.
  • Memiliki etika kerja yang tinggi, boleh dipercayai, dan mampu bekerja secara bebas dengan pengawasan yang minimum.
  • Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi bertulis dan lisan yang baik dalam Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Mempunyai keperibadian yang menyenangkan.
  • Minimum Diploma atau Ijazah dalam Pentadbiran Perniagaan, Pengurusan Pejabat, atau bidang berkaitan.
