Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Marketing Executive based in Shah Alam. The role includes developing strategic marketing plans and overseeing their execution, conducting market research to identify emerging trends, and leading sales initiatives to drive growth. The Senior Marketing Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise and implement innovative marketing campaigns and strategies that align with company goals. They will also support executive reporting and communication on marketing performance metrics.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Graphic Design and Video Editing skills for Social Media postings.
  • Proven track record of managing Social Media and Email marketing.
  • Able to manage Shopify website.
  • Exceptional Communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams and external parties (e.g. KOLs, celebrities, etc.)
  • Able to cater to the work requirements of Marketing (i.e. night shift for managing Live sessions, weekend events, commuting to photoshoot locations, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience and proven results in Sales and Marketing, with a focus on achieving targets and fostering customer relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically to develop impactful marketing strategies.
  • Excellent project management abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with the fashion industry or experience in a similar field is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
