Purchasing:

· Liaise with production and store for Purchase Request

· Issue Purchase Order

· Liaise with Suppliers

· Check and update goods delivery date

· Review deliveries against order placed

· Follow up outstanding delivery

· Issue complaint to suppliers in local and overseas

· Source suppliers to obtain quotation and compare prices among vendors

· Review inventories and update material purchase record.

· Keep track of shipment status and make sure shipment on time

· To coordinate and arrange the empty container pulling schedule based on production's plan and planners

· Do forecast on raw material procurement

· Maintain documents follow ISO standard

· Able to communicate with supplier in Taiwan in Mandarin

· Any other ad hoc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
