Position Summary

The Club Coordinator supports the daily operations of Grace Volleyball Club by managing administration, communication, scheduling, social media, and event/tournament logistics. This role ensures smooth program delivery and acts as a key point of contact for parents, athletes, and partners.

Salary Range

Contract & Full Time: RM2,500 – RM4,500 (based on experience and skill set)

Internship: RM500 - RM1200 (based on experience and skill set)

Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration & Operations

  • Manage athlete registrations, attendance, records, and payment tracking.
  • Maintain accurate schedules, rosters, and program documents.
  • Assist with facility bookings, equipment preparation, and logistics.
  • Support the Club Director with reports, forms, and day-to-day operational tasks.

Parent & Athlete Communication

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries.
  • Clearly and promptly communicate schedules, updates, changes, and announcements.
  • Manage WhatsApp groups, email communication, and 360Player updates.

Tournament & Event Support

  • Assist in planning and coordinating tournaments, leagues, and club events.
  • Handle registration lists, match schedules, vendor liaison, and event-day operations.
  • Ensure a smooth, organized, and positive event experience.

Social Media & Marketing

  • Create engaging content for IG, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Support branding, digital marketing, and content planning.
  • Capture photos/videos during events when needed.
  • Help grow the club's online presence with fun, creative ideas.

Program Support

  • Assist coaches with attendance, documentation, and coordination.
  • Support new program launches, camps, and clinics.

Note: Responsibilities are not limited to the above. Additional duties may be assigned based on club needs.

Qualifications

  • 0–4 years working experience (fresh grads encouraged to apply).
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English (Mandarin/BM an advantage).
  • Basic proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Interest in volleyball, marketing, or youth development is a plus.

Skills & Attributes

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Creative and confident in content creation.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to multitask and work independently.
  • Positive attitude and enjoys working with youth and families.

Availability & Work Arrangement

  • Able to start January 2026.
  • Minimum commitment of 12 months.
  • Work-from-home role, with required presence during events/tournaments.
  • Weekend availability for tournaments and special events (full-day when scheduled).

This position will remain open until a successful candidate is in place.
