About the Role

At PadelKu, we're more than just a club — we're a growing community that's bringing the fun, fast-paced world of padel to Malaysia Our mission is to make padel accessible, social, and full of energy for everyone.

We are seeking a Padel Club Manager, who will lead our team with enthusiasm, help us create a warm, welcoming experience across our clubs in Klang Valley and grow the community of padel lovers.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Facility Management

  • Oversee daily club operations to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
  • Manage court bookings, scheduling, and maintenance coordination.
  • Ensure the club meets all operational standards, including court maintenance, safety and customer service.
  • Stock management: Ensure the availability of all necessary products and services to customers.

Team Leadership

  • Lead, train, and motivate club staff (reception, coaching team, maintenance, etc.).
  • Manage staff scheduling and performance.
  • Foster a positive, service-oriented team culture.

Customer Experience & Community Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with members and guests to encourage retention and referrals.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Organize tournaments, events, and social activities to grow club engagement.

Sales & Marketing

  • Drive court and event sales through excellent customer relations and community engagement.
  • Support promotional campaigns, events, tournament, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Support marketing activities at the club level.

Finance & Administration

  • Manage cash handling, stock reporting and budget reporting.
  • Track club performance metrics (community growth, occupancy, events, etc.).
  • Work closely with management on strategic initiatives and reporting.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sports club, hospitality, or leisure facility management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Customer service–oriented with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Basic understanding of budgeting and business operations.
  • Passion for padel, tennis, or sports is a strong advantage.
