Your new role

You will oversee site-level contracts administration and procurement compliance.

You'll manage progress claims, variations, and subcontractor documentation.

Expect to coordinate closely with project, QS, and commercial teams to drive cost control.

You will support tender evaluations and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in construction contracts administration within building or infrastructure projects
  • Solid grasp of progress claims, VO management, contract terms, and procurement processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and contract documentation workflows
  • Strong attention to detail, stakeholder communication, and deadline management
  • Ability to work on-site in Johor and travel between project locations as required
