About the Role

We are looking for dedicated and experienced Site Supervisors to join our team.

The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing site operations for utilities and infrastructure projects or road reinstatement works, while ensuring full compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications.

Job Responsibilities:-

(Utilities/Infrastructure Projects)

  • Supervise, monitor, and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure all works comply with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project milestones.
  • Monitor manpower, materials, and machinery to optimize site productivity.
  • Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports for management review.
  • Resolve site-related issues promptly to avoid project delays.
  • Ensure compliance with local authorities, permits, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of work progress, site activities, and as-built documentation.

(Road Reinstatement Projects)

  • Supervise and monitor road reinstatement works, including excavation, backfilling, and surfacing.
  • Inspect reinstated roads to ensure proper workmanship and compliance with specifications.
  • Coordinate with utility providers, contractors, and local authorities to ensure timely approvals and execution.
  • Monitor materials, equipment, and workforce to achieve efficient site operations.
  • Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and documentation for project tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with permits, authority requirements, and environmental standards.
  • Address and resolve site issues to minimize disruptions.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant site supervision experience in construction, utilities, or roadworks.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety practices, and project management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently, under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Valid certifications (e.g., CIDB Green Card, safety-related certificates) are an added advantage.
